2. Payments
- A 50% downpayment is required before any project begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before website launch or handover.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, and materials) required to complete the project.
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline.
- Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights.
4. Revisions
- Projects include a limited number of revisions as specified in the proposal.
- Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
5. Timelines
- Project timelines (e.g., 7 days delivery) begin once downpayment and all required materials are received.
- Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend the delivery schedule.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to their website.
- Manila Web Agency reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Warranties & Limitations
- We guarantee that all websites will be delivered functional, responsive, and optimized.
- Manila Web Agency is not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or external software.
- Ongoing maintenance and support are available as a separate service unless otherwise agreed.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- If terminated by the client before completion, the downpayment will be forfeited.
9. Liability
Manila Web Agency will not be held liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or business due to website downtime, technical issues, or third-party services.
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of the client’s website once handed over.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
